Deck renovation We re-built our deck using Cumaru from Otter Creek. The product is beautiful and the service was exceptional. Robert provided lots of information regarding the product, pricing was exact, and delivery was prompt. My only disappointment is that despite being a very hard wood, it scratches quite easily. The dogs nails and especially the patio chairs (which have plastic “plugs” in the bottom) scratch the deck quite noticeably. Otherwise, we were very happy with the service and are enjoying the new deck/sun porch very much!!

Study floor replacement While I was away at school, my husband ripped up the old carpet in my study and replaced it with Red Oak flooring from Otter Creek. What a delightful upgrade to come home to!

The Baluster Connector is an Installation product that allows the Classic & Colonial Balusters to be Secured to the rail without drilling. This model plastic connector simply screws down on to the rail with the provided screws. Baluster Connectors can be used on both wood and composite railings. Patent Pending.
With our wood barrier feature, our Baluster connector is the only connector available on the Market that protects against Treated Lumber. ACQ lumber is made up of Alkaline and Copper. Alkaline is known to be a paint remover and Copper is highly corrosive to aluminum. Only use the best! If used, Baluster Connectors will add 1.5 inches to the rail height.
