New Model Collection: ModellocTM Flooring

The enthusiasm generated by our engineered wood flooring led Model Hardwood to market another collection, ModellocTM. The hallmark of this new « lock » product is fast installation requiring no nails or glue. ModellocTM meets the same quality standards as our other engineered products and can be installed three times faster: a truly practical solution from Model.   

To optimize the properties of this new product, a top quality acoustic vapour barrier underlayment is now available from Model Hardwood. Once installed, ModellocTM feels the same as walking on a ¾-inch thick hardwood floor, minus the intricacies of normal hardwood flooring installation.

This engineered wood flooring manufactured in Canada is available in two widths, 3 7/16 inches and 5 3/16 inches, in the following species: Birch, Red Oak, Maple, Cherry, Walnut, Jatoba and Tiger Wood. In addition to its technical characteristics, ModellocTM is CARB certified in compliance with the highest standard on emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and FSC* certified.
