Ecobust Product Packaging

Walked through the Home Hardware store the other day and noticed a producted called Ecobust. I asked one of the attendants to explain how it worked and discovered that Ecobust can eliminate the need for heavy equipment or back breaking jack hammers to break up concrete.

It explained on the pail that it was a  a three step process of drill, mix and pour. Ecobust comes in 11lb and 44lb pails and its in a powder form. It gets mixed with water and then you stir it into a slurry like chocolate milk and then pour it into the holes that must be drilled into the concrete prior to starting. The holes must be 1 1/2″ in diameter to achieve the best results.

After the pour is done within the drilled holes you leave it and as it dries it expands to 20,000 PSI and will break your concrete up. The attendant said it would normally take 24 hours and the concrete would be broke up.

Wood Grain Aluminum Decking

There are many choices when it comes to picking material for your decking project and some are better and more expensive than others. When it comes to a truly maintenance free deck I believe the choice should be aluminum. It is very stable and definitely durable and comes in lengths that are 12ft – 24ft long.
